DAVAO CITY DRIVERS’ ID TO HAVE COMPLAINT CODE

IT WOULD BE FAST AND EASY FOR COMMUTERS TO FILE COMPLAINTS AGAINST ERRING PUBLIC UTILITY DRIVERS ONCE THE DAVAO CITY TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (CTTMO) IMPLEMENTS ITS NEW IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM FOR DRIVERS.

CTTMO chief  Dionisio Abude said the new IDs to be issued in April will have Quick Response (QR) codes that commuters could use to file complaints.
