The Araw ng Dabaw 2018 celebration today, March 16, will not all be about sights and sounds of the Parada Dabawenyo, the socio-civic parade that highlights the 81st founding anniversary of Davao City.
The public will also be fitted with free roasted beef, a unique street side banquet courtesy of a foundation.
The feast will come from 50 roasted calves donated by Filipinong May Puso Foundation, that will be distributed in food packs along CM Recto after the noontime culmination of the parade at Rizal Park.
About 10,000 people are expected to partake of the free food.
