Running under the regional party Hugpong ng Pagbabago, the Floirendo-del Rosario bloc political bloc in Davao del Norte filed on Monday, October 15,  their certificate of candidacy (COCs) at the Commission on Elections in Tagum City,.
Once called the Unity Ticket, the new alliance, led by Rodolfo G. del Rosario, Jr. as candidate for governor, is running under the slogan ‘Sama-sama Walang Iwanan’ (together we go).
Del Rosario’s running mate is lawyer-board member Raymond Joey D. Millan.
Incumbent governor Anthony del Rosario is running for Congress in the first district against HNP nemesis and PDP-Laban bet Rep. Pantaleon Alvarez, who was unceremoniously removed as House speaker, while Rep. Antonio ‘Tonyboy’ Floirendo, Jr. is seeking reelection in the second district with incumbent vice-governor Allan Dujali as competitor.
Alvarez’s gubernatorial candidate is Edwin Jubahib, a former bus conductor, campaign leader of former Sen. Manuel Villar during his presidential bid, and chief of staff of the defrocked speaker, with former Tagum City mayor Rey Uy as running mate.
The complete HNP slate is as follows:
District 1 board members (BM): Alfredo ‘Fred’ de Veyra, incumbent BM; Jane Ang, a businesswoman; Meliton ‘Boy’ Lemos, incumbent BM; former first district Rep. Arrel Olaño, and Tristan Royce Aala, incumbent Tagum City councilor.
Running for BM in the second district are Ely Dacalus, incumbent BM; Janet Gavina, incumbent BM; Daniel Lu, former Santo Tomas mayoral bet; Janet Tanong, incumbent BM; and Roy Catalan, incumbent BM.

Those running for mayors and vice mayors in cities and municipalities are as follows:

TAGUM CITY: Geterito Gementiza for mayor (incumbent vice mayor) and Agripino Coquilla, Jr. for vice mayor (incumbent city councilor); PANABO CITY: James Gamao for mayor (reelection) and Janrey Gavina for vice mayor (reelection); and ISLAND GARDEN CITY OF SAMAL: Orly Amit for mayor (incumbent vice mayor) and Dan Gervacio for vice mayor (incumbent city councilor).
CARMEN: Virginia Perandos for mayor (reelection) and Lynneo Soriano for vice mayor (reelection); DUJALI: Tata Moral-Romano for mayor (reelection) and Melfar Aguiluz for vice mayor (incumbent municipal councilor); SANTO TOMAS: Daniel Batosalem, Jr. for mayor (reelection) and Eric Estela for vice mayor (reelection); TALAINGOD: Lina Libayao for mayor and Francisco Gipulla, Jr. for vice mayor (reelection);
KAPALONG: Romeo Estrada for mayor (incumbent vice mayor) and Gaspar Balinggao for vice mayor (municipal disaster risk and management council head); SAN ISIDRO: Jojo Acla for mayor (businessman) and Jacinto Café for vice mayor (former municipal councilor); ASUNCION: Eufracio Dayaday Jr. for mayor (reelection) and Joel Camello for vice mayor (reelection); and NEW CORELLA: Rhodora Alcoran for mayor (reelection) and Joel Jumawan for vice mayor (reelection).
