DAVAO CITY – The City Tourism Operations Office (CTOO) will promote Davao City’s new destination sites through its newly-launched online travel show “Laag Davao” (Explore Davao).
CTOO chief Generose Tecson said Thursday the program aims to introduce the new landmarks while promoting Davao’s old favorite tourist spots.
“(Since the pandemic), the city has witnessed several travel sites blossom. There are lots of areas where you can go here in Davao and Laag Davao will bring them to these places,” Tecson said, adding the project will run for six months with new episodes monthly.
Tecson said LAAG DAVAO is part of the city government’s intensified promotions campaign to jumpstart the local tourism industry.
